- Jurisdictional Warranty & Compliance: Digital assets are provisioned exclusively for business entities operating outside of the Republic of Panama and the Kingdom of Spain. All transactions are governed by the unified Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework, specifically the Digital Product Agreement (DPA). By accessing the delivery system, you reaffirm your status as an international B2B client.
- Instant Dashboard Access & Execution: Immediately after secure checkout, you will be redirected to your Open IT Global Client Dashboard. Per the Omnibus Legal Framework, the service is considered fully executed and delivered the moment the asset is provisioned in your account.
- Verified Downloads: Your acquired blueprints, guides, and toolkits are provisioned instantly in the Downloads & Assets section of your Client Dashboard.
- Dual Notification: You will receive an automated email containing a transaction receipt and a secure link for secondary access to your Client Dashboard.
- Security & 10-Day Activation Window: To maintain the security of our proprietary data, download links remain active for a 10-day activation window. Clients are required to save assets to a secure local drive within this timeframe.
- Lifetime Order History: While download links are active for a 10-day window to protect Intellectual Property, your tax-compliant invoices and order records remain permanently accessible in the Invoices and Orders sections of your Client Dashboard.
- Operational Hours & Support: Administrative assistance for digital orders is available during our Operational Hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC-5), excluding Panama official holidays.
- Final Sale Enforcement: All assets are granted for internal business use only and are non-transferable. Per the Digital Product Agreement (DPA), the service is considered fully executed and the contract fulfilled the moment the digital asset is provisioned to your Client Dashboard. Consequently, all sales are final, strictly non-refundable, and ineligible for cancellation.
- Service Distinction & Guided Implementation: Digital products are self-service technical resources governed by the Digital Product Agreement (DPA) and do not include troubleshooting or environment-specific configuration. If your organization requires the Core Commerce Implementation Module ($3,000) or other hands-on engineering sprints, these are governed by the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and require you to Book a Technical Discovery Session first.

Access is delivered via the Client Dashboard. Per the DPA, once a digital asset has been provisioned, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is considered final, executed, and non-refundable. - Jurisdictional Warranty: By completing a purchase, you warrant that you are a professional representative of an organization located outside of the Republic of Panama and the Kingdom of Spain. This transaction is governed by the unified Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework, specifically the Digital Product Agreement (DPA). This is an international B2B export of digital services; local residents of these jurisdictions are strictly prohibited from purchasing these assets.
- Instant Access & Execution (DPA Clause): Access is provisioned instantly upon successful checkout. You will be redirected to your Client Dashboard for immediate download. A dual-notification email containing a secure backup link will also be dispatched to your registered professional email. Per the Digital Product Agreement (DPA), the service is considered fully executed once the digital asset is made available for download.
- 10-Day Security & Activation Window: To protect the integrity of our proprietary data, active download links are maintained for a 10-day window. Clients are required to save all assets to a secure local drive within this timeframe. While download links expire, your tax-compliant invoices remain permanently accessible in the Orders section of your Client Dashboard.
- Usage License & Intellectual Property Restriction:
- Technical Assets: Purchase grants a perpetual, non-transferable license for internal business use only within the purchasing entity.
- Career Assets: Purchase grants a single-user license for personal professional development.
- Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sub-licensing of any proprietary Open IT Global assets is strictly prohibited and protected under the Digital Product Agreement (DPA).
- Final Sale, Execution Protocol & Non-Refundable Status: Due to the instant delivery of proprietary technical data, the contract is considered fully executed the moment the asset is provisioned to your Client Dashboard. Per the Digital Product Agreement (DPA), all sales are final, strictly non-refundable, and ineligible for cancellation once the asset has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded via the Client Dashboard.
- “As-Is” Status & Self-Service Execution: All digital assets are provided on an “as-is” basis for informational and strategic purposes. While these resources provide an expert roadmap, final execution within your specific enterprise environment remains the sole responsibility of the client.
- Support Boundaries: & Complex Implementation: Digital assets are self-service resources and do not include technical support or environment-specific troubleshooting. If your organization requires custom configuration, architectural alignment, or guided implementation based on these assets, you must Book a Technical Discovery Session to define a formal Executable Statement of Work (SOW) or to explore our fixed-scope Commerce Implementation Modules.
- Third-Party Licensing Disclaimer: Our resources provide methodology and templates only. They do not include licenses for third-party software (e.g., Oracle, Windchill, or Microsoft). All external licenses must be maintained independently by the client.
- Operational Alignment & Support: While product delivery is automated, all administrative and human support occurs during our Operational Hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC-5), excluding Panama official holidays.
