We perform trilingual (EN, ES, IT) in-context testing within Client staging environments to catch high-cost UI and functional defects. By verifying content directly within the target system, we ensure that technical terminology is consistent and functionally accurate before production rollout.

4. Technical Content Authorship & Refinement

We deliver engineering-grade SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation that are functionally aligned with your specific system configuration. Digital assets and blueprints purchased via our catalog are licensed for internal business use under our Digital Product Agreement (DPA).

To ensure senior-level availability and repeatable, engineering-grade results, we move all projects through a structured four-stage funnel:

  • Technical Discovery Session: The mandatory architectural deep-dive to audit your current environment, verify system compatibility, and map your technical requirements.
  • Module Selection or Project Scoping: Choosing between our Fixed-Scope Implementation Modules (for rapid commerce deployment) or a custom hourly roadmap for complex PLM/ERP configuration tasks.
  • Executable SOW / Technical Exhibit: Defining the specific “Definition of Done” and essential technical prerequisites (e.g., Hostinger readiness, API access) via Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done or a formal Statement of Work (SOW).
  • 7-Day Technical Review: A formal verification window for implementation modules to ensure logic and transaction integrity before final Credential Revocation and project closure.
Deliverable Acceptance: All work is verified against the defined Definition of Done. Per our Consulting Service Agreement (CSA), consulting tasks are subject to a 5-business-day verification window, while Implementation Modules utilize a 7-business-day Technical Review Period prior to final project closure and Deemed Acceptance.
