The Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework
To ensure high-stakes technical accuracy and cross-border compliance, all Open IT Global operations are governed by a unified Omnibus Legal Framework. This structure provides a clear, transparent roadmap for our B2B export engagements.
The Framework Components
- Master Terms and Conditions (MTC) – The core operational logic and global definitions governing all Products and Services, including our protocols for Secure Payment Tunneling.
- Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) – Governing our technical execution, Fixed-Scope Implementation Modules, and Professional Consulting Hour Packages.
- Digital Product Agreement (DPA) – Licensing terms for our proprietary automation tools, technical blueprints, and scripts.
- Initial Contact Commitment (ICC) – Our guaranteed technical triage standards and communication response times during Operational Hours.
- Privacy Policy & Legal Notice – Data residency, jurisdictional boundaries, and our role as a Technical Processor in client-hosted environments.
The Execution Layer
For Implementation Modules and complex Strategic Sprints, our execution is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or a product-specific Technical Exhibit. These documents define:
- The Technical Prerequisites: Defining the required environment state (e.g., Hostinger/WordPress readiness) before work begins.
- The “Definition of Done”: Clear technical benchmarks for the completion of the engineering sprint.
- The 7-Day Technical Review: A formal window for Client verification followed by the mandatory Credential Revocation protocol.
All execution-layer documents remain subordinate to the Master Terms and Conditions (MTC) and the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).
