Technologies & Expertise
The Technical Foundation for Engineering-Grade Quality

Our expertise is defined by a powerful synergy of senior technical engineering, specialized linguistic quality assurance (LQA), and modern content strategy. As an International B2B Export Hub, we integrate these tools into our Four Pillars of Execution to ensure the technical integrity of your global enterprise systems—delivered 100% remotely to your professional team.
Our hands-on technical competencies support every service we offer, from PLM customization to the creation of expert digital guides.
Core Competencies for Enterprise Execution
1. Enterprise System Infrastructure (PLM, ERP, CRM)
Primary Support: Pillar 1 (Advisory) & Pillar 2 (Configuration)
Platforms: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), ERP (Baan/Finance), Customer Relationship Management (CRM/Salesforce), Windchill.
Strategic Impact: 15+ years of experience in functional analysis and global implementation. We leverage deep platform knowledge to perform direct system configuration, customized troubleshooting, and functional alignment with global business goals.
2. Development & Localization Engineering
Primary Support: Pillar 2 (Configuration) & Pillar 3 (LQA)
Technologies: Java, C, C++, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), XML, CSS, JavaScript, Virtual Environment Configuration.
Strategic Impact: This is our foundation for analyzing source code structures and managing complex technical files. We use these competencies to configure secure development and staging environments where we implement advanced AOV (Average Order Value) Optimization logic and automated subscription lifecycles. All commerce-related coding (CSS, JavaScript) is performed within Client-provisioned environments to ensure your existing security and backup protocols remain intact. Per our Consulting Services Agreement (CSA), Open IT Global does not host client production data; we operate directly within your secure infrastructure to ensure 100% data sovereignty.
3. Data Analysis & SQL Integration
Primary Support: Pillar 2 (Configuration) & Pillar 4 (Authorship)
Tools: Oracle SQL, Query Builder, Data Manipulation.
Strategic Impact: We extract and manipulate system data to build customized reports and views. This technical layer is essential for validating system compliance, checking data integrity, and ensuring that technical documentation is backed by real-time system data.
4. Project Governance & Defect Management
Primary Support: All Consulting Engagements
Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, Agile (Scrum), SDLC.
Strategic Impact: We integrate directly into your workflow (Jira/DevOps) to manage documentation sprints and Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) defect tracking. Under our Omnibus Legal Framework, technical milestones for complex system customizations are governed by an Executable Statement of Work (SOW). This ensures that every script or configuration change has a pre-defined Definition of Done (DoD) before execution begins.
5. Global Commerce Architecture (Headless & Integrated)
Primary Support: Pillar 2 (Configuration) & Pillar 3 (LQA)
Technologies: WordPress, SureCart, Stripe/PayPal API Integration, SSL/TLS Encryption Protocols.
Strategic Impact: We engineer high-performance storefronts using Secure Payment Tunneling. Unlike traditional web design, we apply Engineering-Grade Scrutiny to transaction logic, automated prorating for subscriptions, and multi-currency SKU mapping. This stack is optimized for the B2B Export Mandate, ensuring your commercial engine is compliant and scalable.
Digital Asset Production & Scalability
Powering our Technical Catalog
We leverage advanced content stacks to produce the trilingual (EN, ES, IT) digital assets found in our Technical Catalog.
Commerce Logic: SureCart-based checkout architectures and Post-Purchase Upsell triggers.
Automation: Python and custom scripts for SKU synchronization and automated legal node deployment.
Media Architecture: Professional-grade video and image processing for technical manuals and SOPs.
AI/LLM Integration: Utilized for structural content optimization and terminology consistency. Our AI-assisted workflows are strictly governed by our Omnibus Legal Framework (Privacy Policy and Master Terms and Conditions), ensuring that no client proprietary data is ever utilized for external model training or exposed to unauthorized third-party repositories.
Expertise in these technologies is available through our Consulting Hour Packages
All consulting packages are subject to a 6-month utilization window per our Consulting Services Agreement (CSA). To determine the technical requirements for your specific environment, we recommend initiating with a Technical Discovery Session.

Technology Representation & Licensing
Open IT Global is an independent technical consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of the owners of the aforementioned technologies (including PTC, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.). References are made solely to describe our senior-level proficiency.
Service Liability & Logic Verification:
Technical Execution Standards: Our advisory and execution are strictly governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. All hands-on configuration is performed within Client-provisioned environments as defined in the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and any applicable Technical Exhibits or Statements of Work (SOW).
The 7-Day Review Window: Implementation Modules involving commerce logic (e.g., AOV Order Bumps, Subscription Tiers) are subject to a mandatory 7-Day Technical Review. Our role is that of a Technical Processor; while we engineer the functional triggers and architectural “pipes,” the Client maintains 100% responsibility for the final verification of all commercial pricing, tax logic, and legal text prior to production rollout.
License Responsibility: We do not provide software licenses; Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and support agreements for third-party platforms utilized during our engagement. All services are governed by our Master Terms and Conditions (MTC) and the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).
