The Technical Discovery Session is the mandatory architectural gateway for all custom implementations and complex project scoping. This dedicated session secures 45 minutes of focused senior-level analysis to perform a Deep Scope Assessment, ensuring that any subsequent Executable Statement of Work (SOW) is built on technical reality and engineering-grade accuracy.

 

This session is required for clients seeking:

  • SOW Definition & Project Scoping: The mandatory prerequisite for drafting an Executable Statement of Work (SOW) for complex implementations or long-term projects.

  • Architectural Feasibility: Assessing the integrity of your current PLM, ERP, or trilingual environment before committing to a larger engagement.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Defining the “Definition of Done” and the specific technical milestones required for professional project execution.

Governance & Execution:

This session is governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. Per our Initial Contact Commitment (ICC), following your purchase, you will receive a scheduling invitation within one (1) business day. The insights gathered remain your property and are subject to the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) provisioned in your Client Dashboard.

Consulting Engagement Management Protocol

To ensure administrative transparency and “Engineering-Grade” project governance, all consulting engagements are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework and follow this centralized protocol:

  • Jurisdictional Warranty & Omnibus Compliance: By purchasing these services, you warrant that you are a business entity operating outside of the Republic of Panama and the Kingdom of Spain. All engagements are governed by the unified Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework, including the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and any project-specific Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Instant Dashboard Provisioning: Immediately after secure checkout, you will be redirected to your Open IT Global Client Dashboard. Your official Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and onboarding instructions are provisioned instantly in the Downloads & Assets section.
  • Verified Document Access: Your official Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and onboarding instructions will be available instantly in the Downloads & Assets section of your Client Dashboard.
  • Dual Notification: You will also receive an automated email containing your receipt and a secure backup link to your service agreement for your corporate records.
  • Operational Hours & Response: All administrative actions and human support are conducted during our standard working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UTC-5), excluding Panama official holidays.
  • Initial Contact Commitment (1 Business Day): Per our protocol, a senior consultant will initiate contact via email within one (1) business day to coordinate your Technical Discovery Session. This session serves as the prerequisite for defining the project scope and, where applicable, drafting the Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
  • SOW & Exhibit A Authorization: For complex implementations or long-term projects identified during Discovery, technical tasks and milestones are governed by a separate, signed Executable Statement of Work (SOW). This document serves as the “Technical Blueprint” and must be formally approved before the consumption of implementation hours.
    For standardized Commerce Implementation Modules, the scope is governed by the pre-defined Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done. This document serves as the “Technical Blueprint” and must be acknowledged before execution begins.
  • Tracked Execution (15-Minute Increments): Hours are consumed and billed in 15-minute increments (Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 2.3). This covers direct sessions, environment setup, custom development, LQA, and necessary administrative coordination/preparation. You will receive regular transparency updates on your hour utilization.
  • Strict Rescheduling & Attendance Policy: To protect project velocity, rescheduling requests must be made by replying to our original scheduling email at least two (2) business days prior to the session. Requests are processed during our Operational Hours. Late requests, unexcused absences, or requests made outside of this notice period are considered forfeited.
  • Formal Acceptance & Deemed Acceptance: All custom deliverables (code, configurations, or blueprints) require formal client verification to ensure technical integrity. The review window is determined by the engagement type:

    Consulting Hour Packages: Subject to a five (5) business day verification window from the date of delivery or milestone completion as defined in the Executable Statement of Work (SOW).

    Implementation Modules: Utilize a mandatory seven (7) business day Technical Review Period to ensure deep logic and transaction integrity (e.g., AOV triggers and payment tunneling).

    Notice of Deemed Acceptance: Per the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 4.5, failure to provide written technical feedback via the Technical Defect Report (TDR) within these respective windows constitutes Deemed Acceptance of the deliverable, and the project or milestone will be formally closed.
  • Remote-Only Execution Environment: All hands-on delivery is performed 100% remotely within Client-provisioned environments. Per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6, the Client is responsible for maintaining secure remote access, valid third-party licenses, and all system backups.
  • Utilization Window & History: While consulting hours remain active for a 6-month window from the date of purchase, your tax-compliant invoices and order records remain permanently accessible in the Invoices and Orders sections of your Client Dashboard.

Investment & Purchase Terms

Please review these essential terms before completing your professional investment. All transactions are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework, including the Master Terms and Conditions and the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).
  • Jurisdictional Warranty, Omnibus Compliance & Non-Refundability: By proceeding, you warrant that your organization is located outside of the Republic of Panama and the Kingdom of Spain. All transactions are governed by the unified Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. Your purchase acts as a formal reservation of specialized senior consultant availability and is strictly non-refundable and irrevocable per the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).
  • SOW & Exhibit A Authorization: For complex implementations or long-term projects, technical tasks and milestones must be defined in a separate, signed Executable Statement of Work (SOW) following a mandatory Technical Discovery Session. For standardized Commerce Implementation Modules, the scope is governed by the pre-defined Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done. Consulting hours will not be applied to production environments until the applicable technical roadmap, Exhibit A, or SOW is formally approved or acknowledged by both parties.
  • 6-Month Utilization Window: To ensure project momentum and resource availability, all hours must be utilized within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Per the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA), any hours remaining after this window expire and are forfeited without exception.
  • Definition of Billable Time (15-Minute Increments): Consulting hours are consumed in 15-minute increments. Billable time includes direct sessions, environment configuration, custom development, technical research, LQA defect logging, and administrative project coordination/preparation.
  • Operational Alignment: All execution, scheduling, and human support occur during our Operational Hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UTC-5), excluding Panama official holidays.
  • System Access & Deployment Responsibility: Hands-on delivery is performed exclusively within Client-provisioned environments. Per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6, the Client is responsible for maintaining valid third-party licenses, secure remote access, and all system backups. Delays in provisioning access, VPN credentials, or staging environments do not pause, extend, or toll the 6-month utilization window.
  • Strict Rescheduling & Attendance Policy: To protect our focused time allocation, sessions require a two (2) business-day notice for rescheduling. Requests must be made by replying to the original scheduling email during our Operational Hours. Late requests, unexcused absences, or requests made outside this window result in the forfeiture of the scheduled time.
  • Software Licensing Disclaimer: Professional fees cover expert labor and methodology only. They do not include licenses or support fees for third-party platforms (e.g., PTC Windchill, Oracle, Salesforce). All software licensing and maintenance of third-party support agreements remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
  • Contractual Governance: All engagements are professional service contracts governed by the Open IT Global Legal Framework, including the Master Terms and Conditions and the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA), both accessible instantly via the Client Dashboard upon purchase.
