This 10-hour engagement is the professional entry point for expert, remote strategic advisory and project scoping. It serves as the primary vehicle for performing deep-state audits and drafting the Executable Statement of Work (SOW) required for complex implementations.
Ideal for:
SOW Development & Technical Mapping: Detailed drafting of the tasks, milestones, and deliverables for an Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
Deep-State Auditing: Focused analysis of PLM/ERP content lifecycles and environment readiness (per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6).
Requirements Engineering: Defining trilingual LQA standards or technical specifications for new system features.
Pre-Flight Scoping: Validating project feasibility before initiating high-cost configuration blocks.
Exclusions:
This block is reserved for strategy, auditing, and documentation. No hands-on production execution (coding, environment configuration, or direct bug fixing) is performed under this starter package. Hands-on delivery requires a transition to an Execution Block or a project-specific Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
Operational Governance:
All hours are tracked in 15-minute increments and are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework, including the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA). Per our Consulting Engagement Management Protocol, these hours must be utilized within a 6-month window.
