This dedicated session secures 45 minutes of focused senior-level analysis to perform a Deep Scope Assessment, ensuring that any subsequent Executable Statement of Work (SOW) is built on technical reality and engineering-grade accuracy.

This session is required for clients seeking:

• SOW Definition & Project Scoping: The mandatory prerequisite for drafting an Executable Statement of Work (SOW) for complex implementations or long-term projects.

• Architectural Feasibility: Assessing the integrity of your current PLM, ERP, or trilingual environment before committing to a larger engagement.

• Strategic Roadmap: Defining the “Definition of Done” and the specific technical milestones required for professional project execution.

Governance & Execution:

This session is governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. Per our Initial Contact Commitment (ICC), following your purchase, you will receive a scheduling invitation within one (1) business day. The insights gathered remain your property and are subject to the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) provisioned in your Client Dashboard.

This 40-hour block is our premier tier for end-to-end technical execution. It is specifically engineered to power complex, multi-phase projects governed by an Executable Statement of Work (SOW), providing the sustained senior expertise required for enterprise-scale PLM, ERP, and trilingual LQA rollouts.

Ideal for:

• Multi-Phase SOW Execution: High-integrity delivery of complex milestones, dependencies, and deliverables as authorized in a formal Executable Statement of Work (SOW).

• Full-Scale System Implementation: End-to-end configuration, workflow architecting, and environment hardening in mission-critical PLM/ERP systems.

• Deep Architectural Customization: Development of intricate integrations, complex scripting, and targeted solution engineering to solve global-scale bottlenecks.

• Full-Cycle LQA & Release Management: Exhaustive testing, multi-lingual verification, and defect remediation for major enterprise releases.

Project Governance & Prerequisites:

Per the Consulting Engagement Management Protocol, all work within this 40-hour block is mapped to specific technical tasks defined in your Executable Statement of Work (SOW). Deployment is performed exclusively within Client-provisioned environments. Per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6, the Client is responsible for maintaining all necessary third-party licenses and secure remote access.

Operational Governance:

All hours are tracked in 15-minute increments and are strictly governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. Per our Consulting Engagement Management Protocol, this package includes a 6-month utilization window. To ensure “Engineering-Grade” governance, all administrative coordination, technical documentation, and project preparation are integrated into the billable utilization.

This 20-hour package is the professional engine for senior-level technical execution. It is designed to transform the requirements defined in your Technical Discovery Session or Executable Statement of Work (SOW) into functional system configurations and enterprise-grade customizations.

Ideal for:

• SOW Phase Execution: Completing technical milestones and deliverables as defined in a project-specific Executable Statement of Work (SOW).

• System Configuration & Hardening: Direct modification of PLM/ERP workflows and resource packages within Client-provisioned environments.

• Targeted Customization: Development and implementation of specialized scripts and code adjustments to solve specific architectural bottlenecks.

• Verification & LQA: Comprehensive testing, defect logging, and trilingual verification to ensure build integrity.

Execution Prerequisites:
Per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6, the Client is responsible for providing secure remote access to the required environments. For complex implementations, hours will be consumed against the tasks and milestones authorized in your signed Executable Statement of Work (SOW).

Operational Governance:

All hours are consumed in 15-minute increments and are strictly governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. Per our Consulting Engagement Management Protocol, this package includes a 6-month utilization window. Administrative coordination and technical preparation are included in the billable time to ensure zero-error delivery

This 10-hour engagement is the professional entry point for expert, remote strategic advisory and project scoping. It serves as the primary vehicle for performing deep-state audits and drafting the Executable Statement of Work (SOW) required for complex implementations.

Ideal for:

• SOW Development & Technical Mapping: Detailed drafting of the tasks, milestones, and deliverables for an Executable Statement of Work (SOW).

• Deep-State Auditing: Focused analysis of PLM/ERP content lifecycles and environment readiness (per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6).

• Requirements Engineering: Defining trilingual LQA standards or technical specifications for new system features.

• Pre-Flight Scoping: Validating project feasibility before initiating high-cost configuration blocks.

Exclusions:

This block is reserved for strategy, auditing, and documentation. No hands-on production execution (coding, environment configuration, or direct bug fixing) is performed under this starter package. Hands-on delivery requires a transition to an Execution Block or a project-specific Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
