Beyond Advice: Hands-On Technical Execution for Global Enterprise Systems

As an International B2B Export Hub, we provide expert, remote strategic guidance and direct system execution. We don’t just recommend solutions—we perform the system configuration, software customization, and elite LQA necessary to guarantee technical integrity and flawless communication within your PLM and ERP environments. Our delivery model is designed to function as a high-performance extension of your team, ensuring that every execution meets the Open IT Global Standard of engineering excellence.

Key Differentiators

  • 100% Remote, Hands-On: Expertise delivered efficiently and directly into your systems, eliminating unnecessary travel costs.
  • Strategic & Advisory: Defining the process roadmap before touching the code.
  • Trilingual Execution: Guaranteed technical and linguistic perfection across Spanish (ES), English (EN), and Italian (IT).

Our Consulting Approach: The Four Pillars of Execution

Pillar 1: Strategic Guidance & Process Advisory

The Roadmap. This pillar defines what needs to be done and how it will be executed to meet compliance and adoption goals.

We provide: Process mapping, content lifecycle audits, requirements analysis, system utilization advisory, and the complete localization engineering strategy.

Client Benefit: Eliminates guesswork and provides a clear, defensible execution plan for content management within complex systems.

Pillar 2: Hands-On System Configuration & Customization

The Execution. This pillar covers performing the actual technical work required to support the content and commerce lifecycle, ensuring functional alignment with global requirements.

We execute: System setup and configuration, Global Storefront Deployment (WordPress/SureCart), Subscription Logic Engineering, custom scripting (Java, C++, PHP), and the engineering of technical documentation pipelines.

Client Benefit: Direct system optimization implemented securely within Client-provisioned environments. For storefront implementations, we utilize “Secure Payment Tunneling” to ensure financial data integrity. Per our Consulting Services Agreement (CSA), we operate exclusively within your existing security infrastructure, ensuring you maintain 100% data sovereignty and control over system backups.

Pillar 3: Elite Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA)

The Guarantee. This pillar focuses on testing and verifying the final user experience and technical integrity of content across languages.

We conduct: In-context LQA of live software UIs and staging environments, complex defect logging, and rigorous verification of technical terminology consistency across Spanish, English, and Italian.

Client Benefit: Stops high-cost, high-visibility localization defects from reaching the end-user, protecting brand reputation and ensuring user adoption.

Pillar 4: Technical Content Authorship & Refinement

The Creation. This pillar involves developing or optimizing core content that drives user adoption and compliance within the configured system.

We provide: Original authorship of technical manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training documentation. This includes structural rewriting, editing, and specialized proofreading for final output quality.

Client Benefit: Delivers technically precise, globally consistent documentation that aligns perfectly with your configured PLM/ERP environment.

The Open IT Global Execution Roadmap

To ensure “Engineering-Grade” results, all engagements follow a non-negotiable four-phase protocol. This eliminates scope creep and ensures technical alignment before a single line of code is written.

  • Phase 1: Discovery – Mandatory architectural audit to map your environment.
  • Phase 2: Scoping & SOW – Creation of the Executable Statement of Work (SOW) and “Definition of Done.”
  • Phase 3: Execution – Direct system configuration tracked in 15-minute increments.
  • Phase 4: Acceptance – Trilingual LQA and formal verification window (5 business days for Hourly Packages / 7 business days for Implementation Modules).

Strategic Execution: Technical Discovery Session

The Mandatory Starting Point for All Consulting Engagements

To ensure the Open IT Global Standard of precision, every new project begins with a 45-minute Technical Discovery Session. This is a dedicated, collaborative consultation designed to audit your current system environment (PLM/ERP), surface hidden bottlenecks, and define a defensible execution roadmap.

What We Achieve Together:
  • Deep Scope Assessment: Defining project boundaries, technical feasibility, and refining objectives.
  • Actionable Advisory: Receive immediate, expert guidance on your most critical configuration or process pain points.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Selection of the optimal Consulting Hour Package based on your specific technical needs.

Investment: $99

Note: For new international clients purchasing a 10, 20, or 40-hour package directly, the standalone fee is waived. Per our Initial Contact Commitment, the first hour of that package is dedicated to the Discovery & Roadmap process to ensure immediate alignment with the Open IT Global Standard.

The Omnibus Governance Model

All consulting engagements are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework. To ensure project velocity and cross-border compliance, we enforce the following:

  • B2B Export Mandate: Services are strictly reserved for business entities operating outside of the Republic of Panama and the Kingdom of Spain.
  • 6-Executable SOW Requirement: For complex implementations or long-term projects, technical tasks and milestones shall be defined in a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Utilization Window: All hours must be utilized within six (6) months of purchase. Remaining hours after this window are forfeited per the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).
  • Deemed Acceptance: Deliverables are subject to a five (5) business day verification window. Silence beyond this period constitutes “Deemed Acceptance” (Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 4.5).
  • Technical Exhibit (Exhibit A): For Implementation Modules, the specific “Definition of Done” and technical prerequisites (e.g., Hostinger readiness, API access) are governed by Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done as an addendum to the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).

Consulting Engagement Management Protocol

To ensure administrative transparency and “Engineering-Grade” project governance, all consulting engagements are governed by the Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework and follow this centralized protocol:

  • Jurisdictional Warranty & Omnibus Compliance: By purchasing these services, you warrant that you are a business entity operating outside of the Republic of Panama and the Kingdom of Spain. All engagements are governed by the unified Open IT Global Omnibus Legal Framework, including the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and any project-specific Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Instant Dashboard Provisioning: Immediately after secure checkout, you will be redirected to your Open IT Global Client Dashboard. Your official Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and onboarding instructions are provisioned instantly in the Downloads & Assets section.
  • Verified Document Access: Your official Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) and onboarding instructions will be available instantly in the Downloads & Assets section of your Client Dashboard.
  • Dual Notification: You will also receive an automated email containing your receipt and a secure backup link to your service agreement for your corporate records.
  • Operational Hours & Response: All administrative actions and human support are conducted during our standard working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UTC-5), excluding Panama official holidays.
  • Initial Contact Commitment (1 Business Day): Per our protocol, a senior consultant will initiate contact via email within one (1) business day to coordinate your Technical Discovery Session. This session serves as the prerequisite for defining the project scope and, where applicable, drafting the Executable Statement of Work (SOW).
  • SOW & Exhibit A Authorization: For complex implementations or long-term projects identified during Discovery, technical tasks and milestones are governed by a separate, signed Executable Statement of Work (SOW). This document serves as the “Technical Blueprint” and must be formally approved before the consumption of implementation hours.
For standardized Commerce Implementation Modules, the scope is governed by the pre-defined Exhibit A: Technical Definitions of Done. This document serves as the “Technical Blueprint” and must be acknowledged before execution begins.
  • Tracked Execution (15-Minute Increments): Hours are consumed and billed in 15-minute increments (Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 2.3). This covers direct sessions, environment setup, custom development, LQA, and necessary administrative coordination/preparation. You will receive regular transparency updates on your hour utilization.
  • Strict Rescheduling & Attendance Policy: To protect project velocity, rescheduling requests must be made by replying to our original scheduling email at least two (2) business days prior to the session. Requests are processed during our Operational Hours. Late requests, unexcused absences, or requests made outside of this notice period are considered forfeited.
  • Formal Acceptance & Deemed Acceptance: All custom deliverables (code, configurations, or blueprints) require formal client verification to ensure technical integrity. The review window is determined by the engagement type:

Consulting Hour Packages: Subject to a five (5) business day verification window from the date of delivery or milestone completion as defined in the Executable Statement of Work (SOW).

Implementation Modules: Utilize a mandatory seven (7) business day Technical Review Period to ensure deep logic and transaction integrity (e.g., AOV triggers and payment tunneling).

Notice of Deemed Acceptance: Per the Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 4.5, failure to provide written technical feedback via the Technical Defect Report (TDR) within these respective windows constitutes Deemed Acceptance of the deliverable, and the project or milestone will be formally closed.
  • Remote-Only Execution Environment: All hands-on delivery is performed 100% remotely within Client-provisioned environments. Per Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) Clause 1.6, the Client is responsible for maintaining secure remote access, valid third-party licenses, and all system backups.
  • Utilization Window & History: While consulting hours remain active for a 6-month window from the date of purchase, your tax-compliant invoices and order records remain permanently accessible in the Invoices and Orders sections of your Client Dashboard.

Onboarding & Session Allocation

To maintain the Open IT Global Standard of precision, every engagement is backed by a strategic roadmap:

  • Onboarding Protocol: For new international clients purchasing an hour package as their first transaction, the first one (1) hour is automatically allocated to the Technical Discovery & Roadmap Session. This ensures we establish secure system access and align our execution with the Open IT Global Standard before production work begins.
  • Returning Clients: You may purchase a standalone Technical Discovery Session for new project phases, or purchase a service block where a Discovery/Roadmap session is included as part of the total package hours to ensure continuity.
